There are
several classifications of bailiffs within the Court.The Uniformed Bailiff’s responsibilities
include courtroom and building security, prisoner transport to and from the
on-site jail, and subpoena service in the court district.
The
Outside Bailiff’s oversee vehicle immobilizations.Individuals who have their vehicle impounded
or immobilized should contact the Probation Department with any questions.
Individuals
who have been granted writs of restitution must contact the Chief Bailiff to
schedule a lockout date for their tenant.It is the landlord’s responsibility to remove the tenants belongings out
of the residence should they not vacate the premises by the scheduled date and
time.
